Veterans Memorial Fund - Baudette Chamber of Commerce

It is time to honor those who have served before us, who serve us now, and who will serve our nation in the future.

It is anticipated that the memorial will cost $184, 500 to complete. While the City of Baudette, Lake of the Woods County, the VFW Post 273, and the American Legion Post 217 have contributed funds towards this project, it is not enough to fun the entire project. Therefor, the Lake of the Woods Veterans Memorial Committee is requesting monetary donations from individuals and businesses to help fund the construction of the memorial and its ongoing maintenance.

To recognize those that make a major contribution to the memorial, their names will be engraved on our donor wall at the entrance of memorial. The donor wall levels are:

Medal of Honor $35,000+, Silver Star $25,000-$34,999, Bronze Star $10,000-$24,999,
Purple Heart $5,000-$9,999, Meritorious Service $2,500-$4,999, Good Conduct $500-$2,499
